SpaceYako is a property marketplace for Kenya. Listings come down after 60 days unless the agent renews them, so what you see is still on the market. Agents who pass ID and EARB review can earn a SpaceYako-verified badge. The piece we're building now is people on the ground: someone who has actually stood in the room, taken the photos, and confirmed the address. That is this role. You are how a listing goes from claimed to checked.
We're building a team of property agents to source, photograph, and list homes across Nairobi. You'll own a patch, find quality properties for rent and sale, capture them properly, and publish listings that hold up. This is a real agent role with clear targets, not a casual side gig. If you know your neighbourhood, move well, and like hitting numbers, this is for you.

What you'll do

Source properties
Find homes for rent or sale across your assigned area: apartments, houses, plots, and commercial units.

Capture quality photos
Shoot clean, honest photos of each property on your smartphone that show the unit as it really is.

Publish listings that pass review
List properties on the SpaceYako platform and see them through review so they go live.

Hit your monthly quota
Deliver a target of 40 published listings per month, tracked in your agent dashboard against clear KPIs.

Earn on viewings
Set a viewing fee on the listings you own and earn a commission each time a viewing is booked through the platform.

Manage your patch
Build relationships with landlords and local agents, keep your listings accurate and current, and grow your footprint in your area.
What we're looking for
- Strong knowledge of Nairobi neighbourhoods: especially the corridors above.
- A smartphone with a decent camera and reliable data.
- Reliable transport to move around your area and reach properties.
- Self-motivation and the discipline to consistently hit monthly targets.
- Honesty and attention to detail. Our whole platform runs on listings being real and accurate.
- Comfort talking to landlords, agents, and property owners.
- Prior real estate, sales, or field experience is a plus, but not required: drive matters more.
