At day sixty it stops showing as current unless the agent renews it.
What keeps running after the badge
The checks below do not pass once and stop. They run on every listing, every time, and they are the reason the badge above means anything.
Scam screening
New listings are read for the language of pressure and for requests to move payment off the platform. When those show up, a person reviews the listing before it goes live. A machine never approves a listing on its own.
Stolen-photo detection
Every photo is fingerprinted and compared against the ones already on SpaceYako. If a set of pictures has been copied from another listing, it can be caught before you see it.
Licensed-agent badge
Agent verification is linked to registration with the Estate Agents Registration Board, the statutory licence. It reflects a current credential, not a one-time sign-up.
No deposits change hands here
Agents pay to list. People looking never pay, and no money moves between users. The platform does not hold your deposit and is not where it is handed over.
A record that cannot be quietly rewritten
Every moderation decision is written to a record built so the history cannot be altered later without the change showing. Trust you cannot audit is only a claim.

Full-text search across titles and locations, tolerant of spelling. Your filters live in the web address, so a search can be bookmarked or sent to someone and it opens exactly as you left it.

We can make a fake listing harder to reach you, and we can make our own claims fall apart the moment they stop being true. That is not the same as safe, and we would rather be clear about the line.
- We do not hold your deposit, and we are not the place it changes hands.
- We do not verify who owns a property. The land records are not open to us in a way that would let us confirm it, so we do not imply that we do.
- We cannot follow a conversation once it leaves SpaceYako. If someone moves you to a private number and asks for money before a viewing, that is a moment to be careful.
