What Kyuna is like
Kyuna is a residential area about 6.4 km northwest of the Nairobi CBD. It is one of three sub-locations (with Kitisuru and Loresho) that make up Kitisuru Ward in Westlands Constituency and Westlands Sub-county. The 2019 census counted 6,026 residents on about 3 sq km. It sits north of Westlands between Waiyaki Way, Loresho Ridge and Kyuna Road, and borders Loresho and Spring Valley. In 2012 The Standard described the housing as mainly standalone homes, typically four and five bedroom houses with gardens.

- Getting around
- About 6.4 km from the CBD. Lower Kabete Road is the main access road. The Waiyaki Way to Redhill dual carriageway starts at ABC Place and runs through Kyuna. Matatu route 118B runs via Westlands and Lower Kabete Road to Wangige. The Nairobi Expressway ends at the James Gichuru Road junction on Waiyaki Way.
